Principal Attorney

Principal attorney Michael Throneberry obtained many years of extensive litigation experience before deciding to shift his practice to exclusively focusing on legal representation for mesothelioma victims. The decision to dedicate himself and his practice to representing these victims in part stemmed from the experience he went through with his own father-in-law, who suffered from and ultimately passed away due to asbestos cancer. As he and his legal team fought to obtain justice for his father-in-law, they learned about the ins and outs of fighting for mesothelioma victims, and became convinced that they could use everything they’d learned to provide the best legal representation possible for other victims.
